Yep! Another evidence of the mind-body connection. I would venture to say that meditation would most likely give similar results. As a psychotherapist, I also believe that dealing with traumatic events from the past, or a traumatic childhood or continuing toxic environments, be they familial or social, is sooooo important to live Zen-like – ok, less stressed.
