Ciao, Pinga

This is how I want to remember her…healthy and strong…

Pinga is no longer with us. She was quite ill, not just renal insufficiency, a common condition of cats her age, but also some rather serious neurological issues….This afternoon, after doing all we could possibly do, we had her put to sleep, at the vet’s, of course. We were both there when her heart stopped. It was all very peaceful.

We are going to miss her terribly but are thankful that she didn’t suffer.

Ciao, amore

  1. Same from me Margaret. Has anyone heard how Tab is doing on Velcade? I have started 2 mths ago on it also, It was also my first treatment 10 yrs ago. Same results, excellent in bringing down free light chain and paraprotein but I have serious proteinuria and extremely low albumin, just as before. Any ideas please? I know of green tea but large doses of ECGG has been shown to damage the liver. It’s OK if you drink MANY cups of green tea, it’s the supplement form that apparently does the damage to tge lover
