It seems to me highly likely that the triumph of alternative approaches to treatment of cancer, or anything else for that matter, will result from individual patients slowly and persistently drifting toward those treatments and away from a typical medical approach until researchers have no choice but to take notice. I have little faith in a “big study” finding out that an alternative approach is right and corporate medicine is wrong in one fell swoop.
