		<description>I wonder if tartar (salt?) would be a good substitute for the salt.  Tartar is the salt sediment left over from making wine?? and used in creams and desserts for better consistency??  
haven't tried this yet, but going to.  bought the chocolate today, forgot the cream.  yum</description>
